Return Policy

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days upon receipt of your package — email us at humanlab.ph@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of your concern, and we'll review your request within 24–48 hours.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact; once approved, refunds are issued as store credit and exchanges will be processed with a new shipping confirmation sent to your email.
