ORDERING & PAYMENT POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed every day, excluding public holidays. All orders placed before 12:00 NN (PHT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 NN will be processed the next day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Bank Transfer

Payment is charged at the time of purchase. All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at humanlab.ph@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. However, you may return the item(s) following our return, refund, and exchange policy once you receive your order.

Order Accuracy

We take great care to ensure your order is accurate. However, if you receive an incorrect item or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the item(s) received
Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct item or issuing a refund following our policy on return, refund, and exchanges.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes out of stock after you've placed your order, we will notify you via email within 24 hours. You will have the option to:

Wait for the item to be restocked (estimated restock date will be provided)
Choose an alternative item
Receive a refund for the out-of-stock item

Peak Seasons & Holidays

During peak seasons (such as holidays and sale periods), processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays and appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
