Return, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order or an incorrect item was shipped, we accept returns, refunds, and exchange within 7 days upon receipt of package.

Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • Request must be submitted to our email address, humanlab.ph@gmail.comwithin 7 days upon receipt of package. Requests submitted beyond the given timeframe will no longer be entertained.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and zip lock packaging must be intact and in good condition.
Non-returnable items:
  • "As-is-where-is” or clearance items
  • Customer had a change of mind for the item
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items with missing tags or packaging
  • Customer damaged item

How to Return ITEM BACK TO US

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: CONTACT US

Email us at humanlab.ph@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for return, and attach pictures of your concern (if applicable).
Please indicate in your email whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Step 2: WAIT FOR APPROVAL

We will review your request within 24 - 48 hours. After approving your request, our team will send you return instructions.

Step 3: SHIP THE ITEM BACK

Once our team receives the return item, we will send an email confirmation and pictures of the item upon receipt. After this, we will inspect said item if it met the conditions for a return, refund, or exchange. Please expect 24 - 48 hours for this process.

Step 4: RECEIVE YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

FOR REFUNDS

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued as store credit. Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used toward any future purchase.

FOR EXCHANGES

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, our team will send a new confirmation email and a separate shipping email with tracking information to your provided email address.
